ISTRIAN BJELICA is a varietal, endemic oil, upon inspection it is clear, with a distinct intense golden-yellow colour, delicately spreading through the nose, richly featuring artichokes, white apples and notes of balsamic herbs. A strong and complex flavour, quite bitter and piquant.
